How to enroll
The training programmes will vary in each country, but they are primarily targeting:
- Municipal employees and local government representatives
- Staff of municipal service companies and utilities
- Environmental specialists and project managers
- Municipal planners and technical experts
- Policymakers and regional development stakeholders
- Representatives of public enterprises, associations, and cooperation networks
Special attention is given to the needs of smaller and rural municipalities by promoting practical, affordable, and easily adaptable Circular Economy solutions suitable for local conditions and limited resources.
Enrollment to the Circular MuSe training and mentoring programme is organised separately in each participating country and may differ depending on national arrangements, training schedules, and participant selection procedures. In Lithuania a round of training sessions has already been implemented, while in Denmark, Poland and Sweden they are planned to start after summer 2026.

The training and mentoring activities will be conducted in national languages and are open to participants with different levels of experience in Circular Economy (CE), from beginners to advanced practitioners. Participants may join individual modules based on their professional needs and interests, as the training levels and mentoring topics are independent and flexible.
